Our Service Writers:
Our service writers, Bryan Reynolds, Rick Johnson, and Mark Pavusik, are courteous and friendly. They are here to help you understand your service options and answer your questions. Manager, Al Petticrew, is also on hand with his many years of experience to address your concerns. Our goal is to help you stay up to date on all the services needed to keep your vehicle running smoothly, safely and efficiently. Whenever we recommend a service to you, there will be no pressure - we will simply explain the pros and cons and let you make the decision.
Our Lounge:
You can drop your car off using our convenient night drop-box, or wait in the remarkably comfortable lounge while your car is serviced. The lounge is appointed with cushy couches, vibrating massage chairs and a large screen TV. Free Wolfgang Puck coffee service and a water cooler are available. Vending machines with snacks are also conveniently located in the lounge.
We are within comfortable walking distance of five restaurants if you decide to get a meal while you wait: Arby's, Grotto's Grand Slam, Casa Amici, and Barista Cafe.
Shuttle Service:
We have a shuttle service - please let us know if you'll need a ride when you make your service appointment.
